Alexis Sanchez is on the verge of joining Manchester United after agreeing personal terms with the club according to the Telegraph. The deal will be a 4-year-contract worth £14m a year.
Sanchez joined Arsenal in 2014 from Barcelona for a fee of £31.7m and went on to score 60 goals in 122 appearances for the club.
During his tenure at Arsenal, Sanchez won two FA Cup trophies and the Community Shield.
The Chilean has been an instrumental figure for the North London side and it seems as if the relationship between Arsenal and Alexis is over.
Manchester City were amongst the clubs interested in the winger but backed out of the deal after his wage demands were too much for the club.
However, the deal hinges on United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan agreeing personal terms with Arsenal. The Armenian is expected to make way to the Gunners in a player exchange deal.
